The abstracts will be accepted only via the online ICESH- 2021 Submission form.
In the first instance, we require everyone who wishes to submit their work to the conference to submit an abstract describing the proposed paper, work in progress, presentation, etc. The abstract submission form will guide you through the process but we recommend you read the call for papers first to ensure you select the correct track and submission type. The maximum word limit for the abstract is between 200 and 250 words. The abstracts which do not meet this word limit will be asked for revisions.
Abstracts must be submitted online via the website only. ABSTRACTS SUBMITTED BY EMAIL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
All submissions must include a structured abstract, following the format outlined below. These four sub-headings and their accompanying explanations must always be included: 1. Purpose, 2. Design/methodology/approach, 3. Findings, 4. Originality
Your submission should be submitted in English.
Submitting a Paper
The manuscript should contain a minimum of 4,000 words and should not exceed 8,000 words, Word count starts from introduction to start of references, excluding abstract, figures, tables, references, funding, footnotes, appendix, and acknowledgments, and the file should be in Microsoft Office (.doc/.docx) format.
Prospective authors are invited to submit full text papers including abstract, keywords, introduction, methodology, result description, tables, figures, and references.
Before submitting your paper, please ensure that it has been carefully read for typographical and grammatical errors. If English is not your first language, have your paper proofread by an English-speaking person. Papers will be returned if the standard of English is not considered to be good enough for publication.
All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical.
Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.

3. Oral Presentation Only (Abstract): If you only want to make an oral presentation without a journal publication, you can only submit an Abstract or Extended Abstract.
4. Ethical Standards: Articles submitted to the conference should report original, previously unpublished research findings, experimental or theoretical, and should not be considered for publication elsewhere. We strongly believe that ethical behavior is the most important virtue of any academic. Consequently, any act of plagiarism is completely inappropriate academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.
5. Presentation Modes:
1. Presenters (ORAL Presentation) – LIVE ZOOM
Opportunity to do a Live Zoom Presentation at the Conference.
Each Presenter will get 10 Minutes for their Presentation and 5 Minutes for Q&A Session.
Once a session has concluded, the video will be available on-demand for one month.
2. Presenters (ORAL Presentation) – Pre-Recorded Video Option
This Option is for the Participants who would like to Record the Presentation and play it than Presenting Live at the Conference.
The Presenter can record the 10 Minutes Video Presentation and send it to us. (The Video should be 10 minutes or lesser.)
The Organizing Committee will play the Video in your Presentation Slot.
These presentations will be uploaded in the YouTube conference link or Slide Share link. So that conference participants will have access to all virtual presentations during and after the conference.
6. The criteria for the Best Oral Presentation Award are:
Clarity of submitted abstract
Importance of the work
The novelty of the work
Level of completion of the work
Uniqueness or originality of the research topic
The ability of the presenter to explain the work
We will select one best oral presentation and one poster presentation. The awards shall be announced during the conference at the end of the conference, and the names of award winners will be published in conference News.

Presenters who will not be able to perform a live presentation via Zoom must prepare a pre-recorded video presentation, which can be done in one of two ways (in no particular order):
1. There are several video conferencing tools available to easily record your presentation. In this method, you can show your face via webcam (if you’d like) and display your slides as you talk. You can use any meeting software as long as you get a high-quality recording and your final file is in MP4 format.
2. Create a PowerPoint presentation based on the Sample PPT template. Use an audio/video recording device, such as a microphone or other external voice recorder, mobile, etc. (Create separate audio/video files for each slide, e.g. slide-1, slide-2 .......). Now send us all the audio/video files with your PPT file.
